To answer your question: there are going to be lots of new kill streaks and game modes for sure. There probably aren't going to be any new guns though I'm not sure.

The things in War 2.0 are not clear but if you look in threads where coders have replied you will see sneak peeks. Such as buyable perks and spectator mode (*wink wink*).
