-1 but unlike most people, I'll give you advice. First off all it's required to have 250 posts, but 300 is recommended. 2nd of all, you seem like you can write a very long app. so next time fill in the questions wit much longer answers.

You must have 300+ posts to apply for moderator (or AROUND 200 posts). Also not "if required" it IS required to be active on all fields try again later once you make all of these happen -1 from me so far. Same thing I said to the last person -.-
