        Those are statistics of a yes/no/maybe vote. Usually, these numbers will not effect opinions from the higher ups.

      There are signs in the hub that download the default pack, or you could get the file and take it off when it's no longer needed.
      Logging out of the server also removes packs downloaded by the server. :p

      Get familiar with the community, network and server, and then apply. Preferably in 5-6 months time. You seem like a person that has got the necisarry traits to be a mod, you're just too new.

      Forums activity is super low as you joined yesterday. Your app on the other hand isn't too bad, I have never seen you Ingame or on TeamSpeak trying to help people or sort stuff out. If you get denied I suggest re-applying when you have around 200 forum messages and your active on TS and Ingame. -1 from me, Good luck!
