You have a very good application. Kudos to you.

However, I am concerned about your lack of forum posts, as well as TS activity, both of which are essential requirements to becoming staff. I'd recommend at least 200 posts, and a few solid hours of TS activity weekly. For now -1. Work on these two categories, and you will have a definite +1 from me in the future.
