      As a staff member, you are expected to be able to make your way around the forums, which means we look for high message counts of friendly and helpful content. It is also imperative you have teamspeak, as this is the staff's form of voice communication. I can't comment on activity ingame. These are just observations. So for these reasons, it's a -1 from me.       Agreed with Overkilll_ tbh. You need more activity on the forums to become a staff member, so post a decent amount of useful posts to stand a chance. Also, you should put some more time into your app, they need to be a lot more detailed. Take a look at some of the accepted ones for an idea for how detailed it should be. -1

      I'm going to have to give you a -1 because you need to work on your Forum's activity and seeing you're a New Member you would have to bump up your number of posts. You also have to be more active in-game and on Ts3. I see you in-game sometimes but not enough to have a reasonable activity. If you get active in those 3 area's I'll change to a +1. For now I'm sticking with -1. Good luck nonetheless!
