Because why word it differently? It clearly says “you need to be more active” and where to be active

Because it’s a response that lacks tact that you need when dealing with someone new. In case you didn’t know, oBayb actually runs a Discord with 500+ people for a Hypixel gamemode, and does so flawlessly.

Telling him he didn’t read the required thread and then quoting the exact thread he already read is disrespectful, even if unintentional. I can understand that response when somebody is being rude and/or completely ignorant, but oBayb bade it very clear that his staff application was for feedback only. He knew it was going to be denied in the first place.

Well sorry then, won’t happen again.
