I didn't. You should probably take a look at other applications that have been accepted and go follow those requirements. Reapply in a couple months with the requirements followed and the application looking similar (not copying, but detail, size, etc.) to those accepted or the good ones.

A: Your application can be outstanding but can still be denied
B: Look in the accepted sections of mod applications (Signatures and Cbsusd's mod application are really good).
