it really depends on how they got demoted/why they resigned.

if a mod gets demoted cause he is a douche: than it is no doubt that he isn't mature and he cannot show people what is good.

if a mod gets demoted for 0 reason: i can understand why he could be angry, but if he rages. than we know that he is just another douche.
