Okay, well. I see you post alot of "You voted for your self -1" On peoples applications. I have proof of this. Also, A bed side manor is how you act with people. Its like, if you just rush through stuff. Serious face, and you don't smile or talk. Or, You smile, talk, Chat with them for a little while, and give them a lollipop. You certantly have a good one, but try to bring it up a little, and you have my +1 :D

I only say that when I am judging applications, which I take very seriously, as I do not want bad staff on Brawl. If you do believe I am not kind enough to players, than I will be more kind. My only goal is to improve

I never said you where unkind, all i said is that it can improve, Not start. You are kind of kind, just bring up the hospitality and its a +1.
