yes...i think that this would work, instead of making it harder, just punish spamming by making it do 2 hearts of damage
Quick scoping seems relatively simple due to the fact that holding control and left clicking is a right click, you would also need to be in a good...

I agree, this would keep players from spamming the fire button as soon as they see a player within 10 blocks of them!
This isn't to you tallscot, its to players who haven't sniped before, or have found that they aren't very good at it, lower your cannons friend
