Still the chances of something being made that does not give you something that is at least slightly better than what a non donor has is not likely.
I think that this is really needed for the forums, it simply gives a message to all new players to not apply for mod until they are an active...
People would not really donate for stuff that doesn't give them some sort of advantage.
