Retired Staff

I would love to see this.

 

It's a thoughtful Idea, but I am undecided on it.
Is the user feels as if they want the recognition of retired / resigned staff, they can always edit their Custom Title to something such as:

• Retired WarZ Moderator

Then again, they may want more recognition for it. If a member of staff resigns, it is usually because they're going to be inactive, so I doubt it would mean much to them, in most cases. However, it could be a good way of archiving past staff members.

 

I completely agree with Green on this one. It is very rare that a staff member "resigns", then stays active in the Community.

Also, as Green stated, they can set their custom description to "Retired Mod" or whatever.

Maybe we could have an official forum post that lists all retired staff and gives them credit?

 

This would be cool and they can also have a tag called "I survived!" Lol.

 

I like this idea, it would give recognition to the ones who gave up their position because life hit them. Their tag would signify that they have done work for the Mc-Brawl community and we thank them for that. The list of the retired staff could go in with the staff section as to show recognition.

 

This would be a good idea to give them recognition.

 

I like the sound of this idea. However, you would only get the tag if you resigned or you were inactive. If you got demoted for abusive reasons, than you shouldn't get the tag. Otherwise, this is a wise idea.

P.S. Tag color should be dark green.
