Solution to No Combos

This is a follow up to my previous thread "Solution to Macros," which helped contribute to the update that added a delay in switching weapons.

I have noticed a lot of players leaving WarZ or ranting about WarZ due to the latest update which added a delay between switching weapons. While this update was intended to remove macros from the game, it also removed the combo where you shoot all of your guns rapidly. I have put my thoughts together about this and decided to put together my feedback on this update and people's reactions.​

No Combos Makes Killing Impossible
Killing full diamond players is no where near impossible. Just today before the patch came out, I almost killed a full diamond player without using a combo, while the player with full diamond did use combos. If the full diamond player didn't use combos, I would have killed him for sure. You can easily kill players with automatic weapons regardless of their armor. You just need to be closer to your enemy. Play smart and always be optimistic when you go into a fight. Below I will add some solutions to players who are having trouble fighting with the new update.

Pick wise fights

It seems to me that in WarZ, players never run from a fight unless they log off. With the new update, it is going to be harder for players to win when they do not have numbers on their side. If you see 3+ enemies charging you while you are alone, you should either log off or run. The players you fight will most likely be donors so even if you kill them they will just tp back. Pick fights that you know you will win.

Have The Better Position

When you are fighting in the new update, it is important to be in the better position. While this usually means camping, it can sometimes ensure your victory. If you are on a hill and another player is trying to jump up the hill to you, they will be slowed down and you will have an easier time hitting them. They also may be hit down the hill and have a chance of dying by fall damage. If you're indoors, try to get in a room with only one entrance. Make sure you are aimed at this entrance so when the player arrives you will be attacking them before they even know where you are!

Know How To Fight And Be Ready To Fight

With the new update, fighting tactics will need to be changed. First off, your accuracy will need to be sharper because you can not switch between weapons. If you shoot a person once with a barret then miss the next 5 shots, they will have healed by then. Don't stop shooting when you inflict the first wound because they can easily heal. This may mean using moltovs and grenades to inflict extra damage once they are hit with a weapon. From the opposite end, if you are shot, you should try to get cover to heal and not run in a straight path. If you can heal after you get shot, it is almost as if you were never shot at all.

When you go into battle, you need to be ready. Your hot bar needs to be set and you need to have your gun out. If you run towards a player and you don't have your gun in hand, the new delay might cost you your life since you are still trying to pull out your gun while the enemy has already started shooting at you. Also, know what kind of weapons you are good with and what kind you will be needing to use.

Remember Everyone Else Is Affected As Well

When you go into a fight, remember that other players can't combo as well. If you see a player with a shotgun, keep your distance. If you see a player with a sniper, try to run in zig-zags so they can't shoot you as easily. Play smart and remember that everyone is affected by this update, so nobody will use a combo against you.

Lots of people that didn't like the idea of no combos just quit saying killing would be impossible without even trying.
