    Toby appealed against his forums ban. After reviewing his appeal, I felt I needed further justification from Toby, so I emailed him. After conversing with him via email for the past couple of days, I reached the decision to give him another chance, as I feel he has served sufficient time away from the community.

    I will be watching him very closely for the next couple of weeks, and he knows that if he steps out of line again, he will be banned, and will not be coming back again.
