    EMP's do not affect people's eyesight. The killstreak event should be renamed to something else, such as a smoke bombing,

    I have to agree on this. I would call it something like 'Smoke Wave'

    An EMP is an electro-magnetic pulse. The effect of which cause temporary reduction of senses and sight. Hence why it's called and EMP, and it's not supposed to completely blind you.

    And it does ALSO disable electronics. (As seen in "The Lost Symbol")

    I am pretty sure that "enemy fart incoming" would be one of the last names that they take into account if they were to rename the EMP.

    While this may be true, EMPs in Call of Duty will cause a slight blurring of vision, disabling of vision electronics, and removal of HUD. Thus, we have impaired eyesight as well, as our server is modeled off Call of Duty.
