Double Barret / Spas shot?

This happens to me occasionally. The only thing I can figure is that because each gun has a different firerate, they will eventually overlap and fire at near the same time.

For example, (I know this isn't correct, just an example), if barret had a 2 tick delay, and spas had 3, each time the guns could fire would go like this (starting from 1st fired).

B: 0, 2, 4, 6
S: 0, 3, 6

So at 6 ticks, both guns could fire at the same time.

Yup thats right. Thats why on the first barret spas combo its usually perfect timing, but you have to wait a bit afterwards for it to "reset" or your barret will shoot but your spas will still be in delay. but thats not the problem here, the OP is saying "Barret or spas will, for no reason at all, shoot twice in the same space of time it would shoot once" or in other words, the berret is shooting 2 bullets at the same point in time when it normally shoots 1 so your logic here cant really be applied. as for why that might be happening its gotta be lag, or if someone shot a barret twice with timer hacks on or something

 

Is what ur describing kind of like what happens in this video:

@cafeworld shoots barret twice instantly, lok very closely at paparoach's health, first it goes down 8.5 (standard barret headshot in 3/4 d) then he dies.

 

That is m16 barret. You can see his health to down to 8.5, then dead.

Well, I'm not sure. I can't think of any other reason. Barret doesn't do 1.5 hearts to a 3/4, and that's for sure.

 

This has happened to me before, but i was lagging that time so it might of been lag for me. But in the video it shows that his clearly not lagging. I have no clue..

 

On my screen, I shot 4 bullets. M16 Barrett combo. On his screen you can only see 2, but that might be lag on his part.

 

I have never had this happen to me. In kind of glass as well. Don't want to be called out for fp.

 

This happens to me occasionally and to be completely honest, I don't really mind it.

 

What happens is you shoot your barret and then you try to shoot it again as it is reloading and then switch to spas. The server tries to fire your barret but can't and by the time you shoot your spas the server catches up and thus fires both guns.


If you need a video explanation I will make one.

 

Your weapon doesn't need to start to reload to do that, I've done it by accident many times before.

 

All of this is weird they dident edit barret or spas so why has it just started to do this now!

 

Probably was m16 barret, because of the list i am about to provide


M16 headshot: 7 hearts to a full iron if all hit.
M16 body shot: 4 hearts to a full iron if all hit.

Considering he had 1 armor bar left to go, we can assume he had Chest/leggings on, or all but the chestplate on (Diamond).

That means it would half the damage (about).

It wasn't a headshot (Ill explain this quickly, It didn't make the sound of a zombie tearing down a door), so it would be half of 4 = 2. 2 hearts of damage. As shown, though, he is brought down by 1.5, but that Isn't far off.
Then, the barret, which would have done the larger amount of damage, finally killing him.

So, yes, It was a m16 barret.
