Grand Theft Auto Server

So in my life, I have only played one game for the longest time, GTA! It is super fun and it would be cool to have it in Minecraft. I will make a full post on this right now giving out ideas for this whole server idea. Thank you.

So if you don't know, Grand Theft Auto is a open world free roam game made by Rockstar. Tonight the newest GTA will be released (GTA 5) and I thought it would be epic to see it on this network. Now I have played other servers in the past (guns and everything) but they were awful. So now that I thought about it, who can make an awesome server? These guys who made MC-War. So like I said, this is simply a server idea.

SETTING
I believe that it should take place in one of the game's locations, like Liberty City (GTA 4) or Los Santos (GTA 5). Or simply a made up city that is custom built. I think it should include what GTA has, like an ocean, islands (or one big island). If it was built based off of the actual maps (which seems difficult), then it should be built to scale.

LOCATIONS
Grand Theft Auto has changed a lot since the first game. The first one I have ever played was GTA 3 and only had AMMUNATION as an enterable building/shop. As the game went through the years, it came down to GTA 4 (and 5 tonight) with a lot of enterable buildings like Gun Shops, clothing stores, restaurants, safehouses etc. So now here is where that comes in for this server idea. These buildings can be used in the server. Using MC-War's gun plugin, you can have a gun shop. With the clothing stores, you can sell armor. Restaurants can sell food (as you can lose food health) and safehouses can be purchasable apartments/houses in a city or suburb area on the map.

TRANSPORTATION
So I am unfamiliar with the plugins available, and I was thinking that a custom plugin can be made for car driving, bus driving, train travel etc. They can be textured horses, pigs and minecarts. Transportation can be used to get around the whole map. For those of you who don't know, cars and/or the train is the main form of transportation used to get around the map. It makes things a lot faster.

ACTIVITIES
For those of you who know GTA well, you'll know that it is filled with many extra activities that can be done by the player. Activities including bank robbing (5), web surfing (4), racing (4), gym/working out (SA), and much much more. There are a lot of possibilities. Now how would this work? Well, with certain things that can be added to the map, you can do things with them. Like, let's say they had a bank, maybe you and a group of friends can go rob a bank or go have a race.

WEAPONS
I was thinking, maybe weapons can be MC-War weapons, like the AK-47 or the Desert Eagle. I kept this one simple by the way. Guns/weapons can be purchased in gun shops.
