Idea Be able to craft items

    Ok, So when you get wood from a tree using a hatchet, you will get wood which cannot be crafted into wooden planks, But it would be cool if you could make it into planks then make yourself a crafting table then make yourself a boat, or even a base. I just thought It would be a cool idea :wink: Also another thing they should add is a 3D map, Though that would take alot of effort to do, Also they should add DOGS into the game so BONES Actually have a use because you all know your legs don't break anymore, Just thought that would be cool and they do like 1 heart each hit, and you can upgrade your dogs by feeding them, and giving them armour, But That would take alot of time to do.. :mad:

    If we had crafting tables people would be able to craft guns. Which is a bit op.

    Crafting sounds viable since it's a DayZ feature, although there would have to be restrictions to what you can craft. For a realistic effect, you should only be able to find crafting materials in chests.

    A 3D map sounds cool. I'm assuming you mean something similar to the MineZ map on the Shotbow forum. Unfortunately, this probably won't be done since there's already a map ingame.

    The dogs could be added to the WarZ voting rewards. This suggestion sounds good.

    I see about no use for this..If you build a base it's still going to be removed once the server restarts so it won't stay there. It would be a too easy of a way to get guns if you don't feel like searching for them. However you could find a sugar cane that breaks and turn that into sugar.. Ehh I'm good on that.

    If you have the texture pack off what does a tier one weapon look like? A wood shovel, pick axe, sword, and axe. If we had crafting tables we would be able to craft a axe and get a tier one weapon.

    This is a bad idea. Players would craft guns, as all that is required is a hoe, shovel, or pick. The same is with other supplies, as many recipes can form supplies that are not intended to be made. However, I could see flint, sticks, string, and feathers being used to craft bows and arrows like the real DayZ.

    But with the wood you can only craft t1 guns, which are very bad

    I always had bones on me just in case, even though I never even heard of someone braking their legs. I'm glad you said this xD.
