    how many kills do you need to be level 60?

    It's not possible for everyone to get to level 60 with the same amount of kills. It all depends on how many infects you play, (Extra XP), how many times you are root zombie (100XP per kill), how many times you cap the flag (75XP) etc. It all depends on how many of things you do above. Also MVP and XP boosts are other ways of leveling up quicker, so it's different for everyone.
