    Not his computer. The video was uploaded in 60FPS, YouTube's newest feature.
    That is why it looks so smooth, because you are used to watching videos in 30FPS.

    Oh, okay, thanks for the info. And so if you record at like 30 FPS, will it show at 60 FPS?

    Honestly, I've never noticed much of a change when watching a video at 60 fps compared to 30 fps.

    Idk about that, but I dont think it would be impossible, just get two frames, then just make the average of which one goes in between.

    No, you must record and upload in 60 FPS. FRAPS has a setting where you can change the FPS of your recording. Unless you have a massive hard-drive(like I do) you should probably stick to 30 FPS, because it's double the size.
