Now, this thread essentially gave me a general tought on this. Bear in mind, this is not a rip-off of the thread I mentioned, and I am planning on involving a different system here.

Now, first off, rather than getting badges and awards, you would have to complete certain actions (similarly to the badge system used in Steam), and by completing a set of them, you could level your badge up.
    There would be 4 different badges;
    4:Bronze Badge
    3:Silver Badge
    2:Gold Badge
    1:Community badge

Each member would start off wih the bronze badge, and end with a community badge.
    Here are a few ways.

    Bronze Badge [level 1 badge]
-Received upon log-in/registering for the first time.

    Silver Badge [level 2 badge]
-Post daily for 7 days (1 week)
    -Post a valid rule-breaker report
    -Achieve 100+ trophy points
    -Post a server idea
-Play on all of the Brawl servers (at least 5 minutes of playtime on all McBrawl servers online)
    -Reach 150+ posts on forums
    -Join TeamSpeak 3 server

    Gold Badge [level 3 badge]
    -Achieve 300+ posts
-Spend total of 1 hour in the TeamSpeak 3 server
-Have a total play time of 20 hours on any of the McBrawl servers
-Post 5 server ideas (no section)
    -Followed by 10+ people
-Post a video of yours in a media->videos section featuring a McBrawl server in some kind of a way, shape or form.
    -Achieve 200+ trophy points

    Community Badge [level 4 badge]
    -Achieve 1000+ posts on forums
-Have a total McBrawl playtime of 50+ hours
-Play an arcade mini game on forums
-Spend total of 10+ hours on the TeamSpeak 3 server
    -Reach 300+ trophy points
    -Start 100+ threads
-Be in a list of notable members (most positives, most points, etc.)
-Win in a gave away organized by McBrawl staff.
-Friend a SMOD+ ranked person on the hub and get accepted
-Play on a server with a person on your friend list for at least an hour (total playtime)

The stats would only be tracked via the status of the badge. If any of this was done before you entered the badge level, it won't count.
Some primary things will be taken into account when upgrading a badge. This system sounds pretty cool and employs a solid mechanic that could also be used to track certain things.

That's the idea. It would show how dedicated each member is. Could be employed on judging the applicants as well.

But then there is also the fact that I would wait 10 months before getting the silver badge :/

That only applies to the forums.
And if they will continuously spam, they will be banned as well.

Unfortunately this is another one of those things where we need some kind of website developer in order for this idea to prosper any further.

Until that happens, this is only an idea.

    But I do like it!

This is a very well thought out idea, and I like the concept of it.

Although, it will be hard to make, as we will need a website developer for this, as Mario said.

It's a good idea though, and it would be very nice to see it implemented.

Well, I get your point. I did think about this thing in particular while writing the thread.

You have to work hard to get it :V
You just need a little bit more luck as well.

I'll introduce the Putty and Staff badges soon.

-Have a total McBrawl playtime of 50+ hours
-Play an arcade mini game on forums We are trying to get rid of the arcade.

-Friend a SMOD+ ranked person on the hub and get accepted This would get very annoying. I have 5 pages of friend requests already.
-Play on a server with a person on your friend list for at least an hour (total playtime)

Crossed out items are things we cannot do at all, or I fully disapprove of.
Italic items are things we do not currently track or cannot easily do without some effort.

    Keep this in mind.

    Thank you for additional detail.
I'll try to ease the badges a bit soon.
