Wither Affect from RPG

    Recently I got the wither affect from the RPG. So I decided to test this to see if it was just my eyes or if wither actually existed. In conclusion it did end up giving me the wither affect. To get the affect you have to get hit directly from the RPG, you receive Wither for a few seconds ( not sure, but around 15 seconds ). Thanks to poskeharen for helping me test this, this was done on spectate out of map if you want to know why the background was so different from the map.

    I remember when we had this bug on Mc-War, everyone was going crazy. Its not a as big problem on FpsHG, but I don't think it is supposed to be like this.

    Well, all I know is that the RPG, when fires, fires a with head like a wither would fire. So, this may just either be a glitch, or purposely added
