Evil's "Good Deed Challenge"

Brawlers,

I am interested in creating an "Evil's Good Deed Challenge" that will reward 3 players (with weapons or perks of their choice) based on the quality of good deeds they perform within the span of one week. I would like to crowdsource some good ideas. I've seen some of these rewards programs go off as well as a nuke glitch and I would like to avoid that and any headaches and administrivia.

Some questions I have:
1. When will weapons/perks be available to purchase? I went online and noticed they were not available right now.

2. Ideally, I would like this contest to last about a week. Here's the process as I think through it.

• I will create a forums page and describe the contest, allow everyone to participate and notify everyone who won the contest.
  
• There would be official start and end times. Most likely starting on a Saturday, ending on the next Saturday at a particular time (to maximize the number of "Evil Good Deeds".
  
• I would most likely PM the winners and notify everyone via the forums page I create.
• Ideally, I would like to purchase the weapons or perks for the winners the day after the contest ends. After I PM them to let them know they won. They would have to notify me of what they want (for example: scavenger, ray or mini, weapon or perk).

3. Here's where I need some help: I would like to see some real acts of kindness in the game. I think brawlers who submit 3x acts of kindness would qualify for the final judging and participants would list out their good deeds as #1, #2, & #3. I along with my judges would evaluate them.

How should I evaluate the good deeds? Any ideas?

I want to generate the most number of positive actions in one week. Is there anything I am missing? Once the weapons and perks are available to buy I will host this challenge.

Ando - Would you like to be a judge for this contest? It's not quit a chick mud-wrestling competition but should be fun to officiate. VPG2013 is in as a judge, I just need one more.

Evil Overlords can do good deeds too.....it's not all about world domination (well mostly) we can give back as well.
