Rate my restoration (1-10)

Alright so in an attempt to make money to buy some of my grails I am buying shoes to restore at a higher price. Basically I will look for something cheap and legit so I can make it all pretty and fancy and price it for profit. I originally bought these shoes for myself to wear but after seeing up the condition in which I got them (sole is dragged the hell as if it was sanded out, otherwise I would of restored for myself) I decided I didn't like them.

Shoe: Air Jordan 1 High Retro OG "Carmine" 2014 - This shoe was released along with the Carmine 6s, a very popular Jordan model and sought after for any sneakerheads collection. It was slept on due to the hype for the 6s and for the okay build quality. It was popularized by J.Cole after he wore them in his album cover and some have started to refer it the "Coles". It retailed for $140.
Price bought: $94
Avg Price (DS/Used): $163/$122 (Most of the ones on ebay are priced around $200)
What I'm pricing: $129 - $179
Before:

Straight out the box, no cleaning no restoring no nothing. Minor ankle and toe creases. Shoe smelling like that one kid in your class that don't put on deodorant and smell like booty.

First and second images show the main damage that got me pissed. Shoe was dirty but that was an easy fix as shown in the third picture with left clean and right dirty. Rest are after restoration. Spent like 5 hours on this.
