    Get Steam, find the FTP game called Boring Man - Online Tactical Stickman Combat and download it.

    Go to Options --> Video Options --> Screen Shake: Normal.

    Enter some random server (deathmatch which is a FFA funfest) and try to play around with the earthquakes/shaking every second.

    Think that's bad? You wouldn't even be able to read the scoreboard because that's also under the effect too.

    I remember downloading this game.

    I also remember how much fun it was to uninstall.

    More? You can't even adjust the screen resolution. It's always under low quality.
