    Question(s): Why did Brittan go out of his way in order to deny Snail's application? I know he's of higher authority, so he can do whatever he pleases, but why did he suddenly target Snail's application when it's clearly Cuddle's job? (I have also asked this in a PM, but Brittan blatantly ignored me, so an answer would be very much appreciated.)

    Any Administrators have freedom to deny applications alongside with Cuddled. All (decent) applications are openly discussed in an Senior Mod+ chat before any decision is made.
