    So I died while placing a spawner the other day and this was the result:
    silly spawner.png
    Unfortunately it didn't spawn anything (although I think that's because passive mob spawners still require grass to spawn mobs). Anyway, I just wanted to alert @Colonel_Graff so he can reproduce it and @NomNuggetNom so he can fix it.

    I guess thats just clientside, if you interact with it it should disappear

    Just as pizza said, that's a glitched block on your end, if you break or place a block as you die it will remain broken/placed on your screen only until right clicked.

    I get that with turrets sometimes too if I die/server is really laggy. It's client side and if the block is in your way or annoying you can break it.
