Denied Arpy's WE2 Application

NOTE: Before you read this, yes I have just received AdvBuilder yesterday, but I am in the middle of a HUGE build on /warp world3 and am in need of WE.

What is your in-game name? -Arpy Previous names include iShotYou and ARP704

What is your current rank? - AdvBuilder
What rank are you applying for? - WE2 hopefully, if you feel that I am not ready for this position I will take WE1.
Do you understand what this rank provides? - Yes, WE2 let me use World Edit in /warp world3. WE1 lets me use World edit in the regular plot world.
Are you part of any Building Teams in our community? - No.

What is your experience with building in Minecraft? - I usually build either on Brawls creative server or on my single player creative world. I like to build modern builds (as you will see below) because that is what i am best at. If needed, I could build medieval houses, castles, ect., but i don't prefer to build in the medieval style. Recently I have been working on a very big Hotel/apartment building in /warp world3.
Why do you need the rank? - I need WE2 because it is going to take forever build this hotel/apartment building without world edit. Also, i would like to have more detail and furniture inside my builds. This can only be achieved using World Edit.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges rank will be taken away? -Yes I do understand completely. If i abuse anything that comes with my rank, I will be demoted and I might get banned depending on how bad the abuse is.
