One thing I think Brawl needs to crack down on is glitch abuse, particularly on WarZ. Certain glitches are more harmful than others. I'm not suggesting you perm ban players for using the tp-glitch, but there are two particularly harmful ones. The lava glitch and the invisible glitch. I've seen players jump into lava mid-fight so they can't be hit and just a few minutes ago, me and my friend were lured out of army by a white name we could not see, then he came up and killed us both, because he was invisible and he knew it.

Both times, I've been told that a first offense is a ban of less than an hour. Why? The invisible glitch is an even easier way to get loot than blinking. I would fight a hacker over an invisible player any day. Being unable to see your opponent makes fighting impossible, yet these abusers get off with a light slap on the wrist?

Here's what I'm proposing. This idea is mainly for WarZ but if there are any other glitches on other servers that could have a serious impact on the game, this applies also. If a player knowingly abuses a glitch that can have a serious impact on a fight, and the limit on this can be up to the staff, the player gets a one-week ban on the first two offenses, then a perm-ban on the third offense.

Of course, players can claim they didn't know they were using the glitch but there are signs. If a player jumps into lava for no apparent reason, other than to glitch, it's obvious he knows what he's doing. If a player comes up behind other players in a way that no intelligent WarZ player would, only because he knows they can't see him, I think that shows something. And if you tell the player they are using the glitch, and they don't reply, isn't it fairly clear he knows about it?

The invispande glitch is a annying problem on War also, and as you stated above Id Rather fight a hacker then a glitcher (depends on the glitch)

The invisible glitch happened to me unknowingly. I switched networks due to lag and it kicked me from the server. When I logged in, I wasn't on tab, had no rank and was apparently "invisible" to my team. I fixed this by relogging, but I get where you're coming from. It's extremely unfair.

A harsher punishment would help this a bit, but honestly, it won't do as good. You state that if someone purposefully jumps into lava then it can be punishable, but you can't always record the part before he jumps into the lava? Once you start recording it will be too late considering the person is already in the lava. Invisibility could be easier to record though.

Instead of just making the punishments more harsh, it would be better just to get rid of the glitches all together considering it would be hassle to do all of this and catch glitchers.

Or in the case of the lava glitch, create a chat message that says. "When in lava, do not fight." Or something like that. If you run away with the lava glitch, you can't get hit, but while running you shouldn't be permitted to kill people.
