    I think that VIP would be a bit too much. This would be way too op on a server like Survival. I think a new, special rank should be made for the noobs that gives some perks, but not all. You could also include a one time tutorial system into this if needed. Good concept overall. +1

    I don't think that's such a good idea... When you first start, the server is kind of confusing, so when you first start off with a rank, you kind of get used to it, but after a week it's taken away from you? You are so used to getomg all the rank perks and now ur weak.

    It wouldn't be confusing if it says in chat that you get free VIP for a week when you join. After a week any new player will know that they've lost it because they only had a week VIP. Not hard to understand.

    And besides, VIP doesn't really make you that powerful.

    I feel this would actually do what you said, get players to donate and possibly stay. But there should be a "click to redeem" aspect so it actually catches their eye. Possibly have it when they join the forums? Just tossing ideas around with this. Roke has a point if they do not come back, so like the first 10 or 12 hours, I say 12 just to be even with a full day span...

    I like the idea, and I agree with @0racle. The VIP rank for 1 week could be pretty over powered in some cases. Other than that, +1 :smile:
