What can we improve on?

I feel like there should be a few new maps, new interesting gamemodes you'd look forward to having come up and more rewards in the shop making you want to play more to earn them.

 

I agree, I think more rewards, and maps. I am currently working on a new spleef area. The old one is kind of boring,.

That won't increase the playercount though. I think there needs to be more in-depth games for party. Something with more skill. Something like Turf Wars from Mine****. Something that engages more audiences, but still has a fun and fast pace feel. If you have a new game mode hit me up, I would love to help build maps for it.

Rotating maps would also be nice.

 

If I may offer an outsider's perspective...

To be honest the main reason I don't play Party is I just forget about it... It's always there in the background yet it never really crosses my mind to join a server. I think perhaps we need some events to get the rest of the Brawl community into Party.

For example, we release some new gamemodes and every time we do, we invite everyone on Brawl to an event server to play a huge 100 or 200-person game of it (extended time and/or area of course, shouldn't be over too soon) and the winner could receive lifetime ELITE? We could do this for every new gamemode. We could also have several rounds because of timezones and stuff :v

get rid of stupid games like the chicken game like what the **** even is that??? and add fun games that even tho they may take longer r more exciting (mayb something based on soccer or a fast paced building game like mineplex has, or a one in the quiver sort of deal, etc.) - oh and bring back the damn wool mix-up that was my ****

another thing is the rewards are garbage, improve on those as well

 

the problem is more of the fact that you want to make mcparty more interesting but games like the chicken game drive players away b/c its literally just hitting chickens/cows w/ no strategy what-so-ever - literally all of my friends & i just afk during that game b/c its boring and a waste of a rotation spot

 

honestly just do this and party wont be trash, starting w/ game removals in total b/c they are garbage:

• remove potion game
• remove chicken game
• remove mining game
• remove sheep sheer
• remove the block placing game

these games need to be remove because they are boring af and cant keep peoples attention - like the potion game is bad and doesnt even work half the time nobody wants to play that game, the chicken game i wont repeat myself we all know why it sucks, the mining game is literally all luck b/c the ores are randomly generated and its boring so nobody wants to play it, sheep sheer is literally like "**** we need a game asap add this even though its stupid" like its just sheering sheep wheres the fun in that, and block placing game is literally just ****ing placing blocks uhmm???? how is that fun even in the slightest???
you guys want people to play party and to be interested in it, but its nearly
impossible when these games exist. theyre boring, require no strategy, and half assed beyond belief (block placing??? really???)

games to keep:

• musical minecarts
• parkour (but add more damn maps lol its boring w/ just 1 map - keep the current one, but add like 3 more for variety purposes, otherwise its just a memory game)
• shoot the sheep
• hot tnt
• snowball fight
• one in the chamber
• red light green light
• infect (it needs its own map though, otherwise its stupid campy and not fun, the game is also too long)
• red alert (i think its called that, its the one w/ the floor disenegrating)
• smoke monster (just remember some people have particles off)
• spleef (smaller arena though, pls, or make it layered w/ like 3 layers otherwise its no fun and takes literally forever and theres never a ****ing winner its always a 7 way tie)
• king of the hill (just make it on a large ladder structure instead, its WAY more fun than knocking people off a platform - ladder structures are way more fun)
• color matching thing
• assassin

these games are good b/c theyre not stupid and/or boring and keep peoples attention. but, variety in maps, please, just for some of these games like parkour

iffy:

• horse race
• dead end

(horse race) i understand this **** is ur ****ing staple but its kind of boring but DONT ADD 20 ****ING HORSE RACES AGAIN that doesnt solve the damn problem - maybe every couple of days rotate the horse race map around - monday/wed/sat one map, tues/thurs another map, fri/sun another map?? just dont have 3 ****ing horse races in the rotation, rotate the damn maps - the same map makes it boring and adding 3 horse races to the rotation all at once doesnt help - 1 horse race with different maps that rotate

(dead end) meh its just an ok game idk its just not good but not bad lol if u get a better replacement, tho, remove this game but its not urgent

games to add:

• soccer (2 minutes, whoever gets the most goals - @DeZilla @ReubenS )
• building (maybe like how mineplex did their speed builders game, or going based off mario party 8 there was a game where u had to design the cake like the picture, so maybe build/decorate a giant cake like the given build THAT ISNT THE SAME BUILD EVERYTIME?)
• wool mix up (BRING IT BACK WTF)
• gladiator (mineplex's gladiator, u just fight people and move up lol)
• someone on the forums brought up a maze thing, u could do this ez by putting people on teams, small starting area, 3 minutes to go through a short maze that isnt too complicated and take out the rest of the people - this can help make the shop less useless by purchasing BALANCED kits (as in, dont be like sg and add str2 and god apples then try to call it "balanced.") simple kits, simple maze, simple base. easy. or, dont make kits at all
• on mcpvp there was this game on build where some1 made delfino's square and u ran around w/ speed to finish it - add this WITHOUT THE DAMN HORSES THEYRE NOT NEEDED LOL @Inifinity @ikemulti @Pavocado
• other games that arent **** ("****" is considered the chicken game and placing block game)

take my advice, others can help pitch in, but this is how to fix mcparty as u so desire. u cant want to fix mcparty but keep the chicken game like no it has to go @_Featherpaw_ its a really bad game - u wonder why people keep distance from mcparty yet theres garbage games like that in the rotation

also advertise, events, etc. make it interesting and make the shop actually

Few game ideas I was thinking of were.

*Falling Maze*
A simple maze that is 2 blocks wide with walls, sounds easy huh? Well it's not. You have to try to get to the beacon before the time runs out. Everyone gets a stone sword and you have to kill each other. Last person standing wins. However when you are walking, blocks are falling if you get hit. You die. It gets harder every time, this is a bit like the Death Cure ending in the maze runner series.

*Bed games*
Everyone gets 64 beds, the map is in a nether biome so when you get in your bed, the bed explodes. You are immune to your own bed's blast so you can't die from your bed. Everyone also gets 64 wool (renamed pillow) each time you hit someone with this it does 2 hearts of damage.
