Idea Reduce lag

Implement the following?

  1. Disable Redstone

  3. Clear dropped items every 5or10 min (with 30/20/10 second warning)

  5. Disable water flowing when placed from a bucket like it is at spawn

    I personally think disabling vanilla features / mechanics should certainly never be done. Maybe clearing items tho, but I'm not sure if that will help much. Survival 3.0 will be recoded, and this will significantly improve game performances
