Ok to get a Law you must:

-Get 10,561 kills in 24 days
- Increase your KDR by at least 5.0 in 12 hours
- Eat 12 hot dogs in under 5 minutes
- Drink 4 Mountain Dews under a minute
- Finish all your homework
- Clean your bedroom and your bathroom
- Kiss your parents
- And finally, pull your pants down in the middle of class

That is how to get the first part of the law, this is how to obtain 2nd part the law:

- Win every game and not die
- Have 0 deaths
- Win every game with usp-45 and with 50 kills
- Kill 20000 ray gun people without c4 or nades under 2 weeks
- Kill everyone in mc-war

And all these 2 parts have to be done in under 1 month, have a nice day.

 

The LAW is available for purchase here. It costs 5 USD.
Once you click on the link, you should see several tabs. Click the tab labeled "Guns".
It should ask you for your username, type your IGN exactly as it is in game.
There will be a list of guns, with a "buy" button next to each of them. Click on the "buy" button next to "Rocketlauncher (LAW)".
Now click "Add to cart".
From there you finish the purchase with Paypal.
