Have you read over this thread? - Yes, I have read this application many times now and completely understand what the requirements of being a jmod.

Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? -

No, I am the only one that has access to my account. I intend to keep it that way.

How old are you? - 16 - 25/2/2000

What timezone are you in? - ACST + 09:30

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? -
No, I was learning Italian and Swedish a couple of years ago, but I gave up on it.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
Minecraft is an indie sandbox game originally created by Markus persson “Notch” & then later published by a company, Mojang. The first video of Minecraft was named “Cave Game”. Only later it had become Minecraft. In sometime in 2014, Microsoft had bought Mojang & the rights for around 2 to 2.5billion USD. After the purchase was confirmed, some of the original coders & developers had retired.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? -
I am currently a Chat-mod on a decent sized server, 35 players on at the same time. I have been a moderator on that server for 3 months now. I used to be a moderator on a prison server, but it was shut down to financial issues.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -
If I do get promoted to Jmod I would make sure that the Kit-Brawl, Forums & TS3 server will be a better and friendly environment.
I would do my very best to make sure everyone listens and obeys the rules that Kit-Brawl, Forums and the TS3 provides.
Since I happen to be very active in all three categories, in-game, forums and on TS3 I think that I would make a decent Jmod.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? -
Yes, I used to hack a lot back in 2013-2015. I have not hacked since & I don't plan on it

Hacks that I used: Kill-Aura, ForceField, Autosoup, Tracers and Flight

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -
I have been banned from many servers due to me hacking (I have quit hacking on minecraft a while ago & I do not plan on making the same mistake I once did.), & other servers I was usually banned for advertising for my friends server.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -
My greatest strength is that I love playing on brawl and I am very active on it. I also reckon that one of my other strengths is helping other people that are in need of it, it brings me joy to see how far some of the people have gone after I’ve helped them.


What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
My greatest weakness is probably speaking in large groups of people on teamspeak, I become very shy when there are usually 5+ other people speaking at the same time.

I’m not that good at speaking, I sometimes stutter when I’m speaking and that usually embarrasses me.

I also think that one of my other weaknesses is when people on teamspeak start swearing/disrespecting me, Sometimes I over react because of my temper, but I have been working on it and it has been getting better.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? -
I first joined late 2013 but haven't played much until last year September.

-In-Game I am very active, I used to have top kills due to me being on a lot. I never ever get bored of playing Kit-Brawl unlike a lot of other people, but I just find it very time consuming.
I could always spend a lot of time moderating chat on Kit-Brawl since I find it very amusing.

-Forums I consider myself a very active person.
I know some may say “Oh, well he’s got below 150 post’s he can’t be that active”, but you’re wrong, I am constantly looking at the forums. It’s just that I happen to never have anything to say that isn't Kit-Brawl related.

-Teamspeak3 I don’t enjoy as much as anything else, there always happens to be people not listening to staff, mic spamming, using soundboards and being toxic.
I still use Team speak a lot but I usually like to spend my time in Private channels where I can be sure it's safe and don't have to worry about anyone being disrespectful or breaking the rules.


Which Brawl servers are you most active on? -
Right at the moment it’s Kit-Brawl by far, I spend the majority of my time playing Kit-Brawl instead of any other server on Brawl. I come on raid sometimes when Kit-Brawl has no players online but that isn’t that often.
I also come onto CTF sometimes (Not that often) to play & mess around with my friends & team.

How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? -
On school days (Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday) I will only be able to come online 2 to 4 hours. On all of the other days I can spend around 5 to 7 hours a day.
Some Saturdays I might not be on as much because of my brothers touch-rugby games.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? -
Hacking: Record them & then ban for one hour.
Spamming: Ask them politely to stop, & if not I would mute them for 10 minutes.
Inappropriate name: I would ask them nicely to change it, if they do not I would ask a mod+ to ban the player
Bug abusing/Abuse of glitch: I would ask nicely for them to stop, then kick if they continue to do it.
Hate-Speak/Racism/Avoiding censor: Ask them to stop, if not, mute for an appropriate time & /prune.
Advertising: If it was a 18+ site I would ask them to stop, & /prune chat. If they were advertising another server I would mute them for an hour, then inform a moderator or higher.
Staff impersonation: Warn them twice before placing a 10 minute mute.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? -
Grave dig/Necro posting: I would warn the player to not do it, then lock the thread.
Posting 18+ content: Lock the thread & ask for a SMOD+ to delete the thread/comment.
Spamming/Flamming: I would message the offender(s) to stop, if they do not I would lock the thread until it has been cleared up.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? -
Mic spamming: Ban for one hour.
Streaming music: I would ask nicely for them to stop playing music & go into music/recording channel. If they continue to do so I will put them on force Push To Talk.
Background noise: I will ask them to mute them self, or use push to talk. If they refuse I would put them on force push to talk.
Inappropriate name: I would ask them kindly to change it to a more appropriate name. If they refuse to I will move them to a private channel to tell them what he/she needs to do.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? -

1. I would test it out & see if it was an actual existing glitch.
   
   
2. I would then contact an SMOD or Developer of what’s going on.
   
   
3. I would first tell the people that are abusing the glitch to stop & that it is bannable, & if they continue it would result in a ban.
   
   
4. If an SMOD, Admin or Developer came on I would inform them right away that there is a major in game economy glitch.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - Only 1 that I can recollect.
What is the date of the last application you submitted? - September 2015.

Do you have a working microphone? -
Yes, I have a turtle beach ZLa headset, The microphone happens to be very sensitive though.

Are you able to record and upload videos? -
Yes, I have recorded many hackers & people that have abused in game glitches.

Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? -
JMod perms:
/kick - Issues a kick from the server (up to an hour).
/mute - Mutes a player (up to an hour).
/unmute - Unmutes a player
/prune - Clears chat in-game.

Moderator perms:
/poof - Vanish completely.
/ban - Permanently ban a player.
/kick - Issues a kick from the server (No limit).
/mute - Mutes a player (No limit).
/tp - Force teleport to a player.
/prune - Clears chat in-game.

SMOD
/poof - Vanish completely.
/kick - Issues a kick from the server.
/prune - Clears chat in-game.
/mute - Mutes a player.
/ban - Permanently bans the player from the server.
/unban - Unban the player from the server.
/stop - Reboots the server.
/fp [map]_gamemode - Changes the map and gamemode (bug testing only).

Anything else we should know about you? -
Regarding my forum activity, I know some people may think that everyone needs a fair amount of post’s on the forums, but I am actually very active for the forums, I just don't really happen to post anything that’s not Kit-Brawl related.

I have come a far way from when I first joined brawl, I used to be inappropriate, toxic, rude & immature. I reckon that I have changed a lot over the year since my last application, Brawl has taught me how to make fun without being a jerk over the internet.
