Idea these ideas could save warz.

#1: We recently implemented a new anti-cheat on WarZ that has been working well (mostly) so far. Also, our moderators are doing their best to ban hackers. Remember that you can help us help you by using /report, and recording/reporting hackers at report.brawl.com!

#2: There's no doubt 2014 was a great year for WarZ, but I'm afraid simply adding the servers back won't work anyways. Minecraft in a whole has been on a steady decline, and a lot of the old players that played back in WarZ's glory days just don't play the game anymore. EULA has played a huge role in 'killing' Minecraft, and unfortunately there's not much we can about that. We currently have only 4 servers for a few reasons. First of all, we are currently low on funds, and simply cannot afford to uphold 10 different WarZ servers. Secondly, we removed a lot of the WarZ servers, because the WarZ playerbase dropped so steeply. There is truly no point in having 10 servers when half of them will always be empty/under 10 players.

If WarZ does manage to make a comeback, we would be more than happy to reinstate the old servers that are no longer here, if that's what the community wants. The community will have to help though if that will ever happen. The best way as a WarZ community member to help out is simply making content from Brawl, on Twitch or YouTube. It helps bring attention to WarZ, and directly can boost the playerbase.

 

I Miss 2014. So many people have made threads on "How To Bring WarZ Back" In my opinion there is a slight chance it will go dead. Im sure when War 2.0 comes out the servers will populate again and people might find intrest into WarZ. I dont know. That's what my mind is thinking.

#1 /report doesn't mean anything. Ill /report 30 secs before a b-hopper kills me full diamond and no staff will get on.

#2 Put it this way. Would you rather have 4 chances of winning a fight or 10 chances ? Thats the thing about the staff on here. You guys are low on funds because you don't listen to the community especially when it comes down to WarZ. IMO the only brawl is still up is because all of the donators on WarZ. The reason people quit is because they don't wanna stay on a server that no matter what they say , the staff wont listen.

My point is that you are both obviously not familiar with the forums. There is absolutely no point in making the exact same thread twice in a couple days other than to boost forum posts/ratings.
#1 there are 3 warz staff members. Wario, Aboves, and Sn4x5. Sn4x5 can't do anything to ban hackers from /report. He is a jmod and his job is to moderate chat. Wario bans plenty of people while he is online, but you play during a different time than he does. Aboves is currently MIA... So instead of complaining so much, why don't you fix the problem yourself and have you or one of your friends who is fit to become a mod apply for a staff position on warz? Its not a simple as you make it sound. 30 seconds to drop whatever someone is doing and get on, /poof, start recording, and watch the hacker is a very short amount of time. The majority of warz players have this illusion that staff are made to revolve around warz, but in reality most of the people who ban the hackers on warz are actually mods for different servers.
#2 What do you not understand about not having the money to host 10 servers? Its quite simple... again you are acting like brawl's only server is warz. Any money that Brawl is getting in coming in illegally we are lucky that warz even has ranks right now.
I understand that neither you, nor losingloot like me, but please, at the very least, try to understand this. This has nothing to do with me. It has everything to do with the fact that Brawl cannot do this, and you guys complaining is not making the situation better. On the contrary it is making thing worse. Not only do they now have the problems that you mention, they now have a bunch of people whining about it.

 

Not going to lie, the same issue happened a lot to me before I got JMOD, and I've noticed the same issue recently, however like ChicknSlayr said, we only have one active WarZ mod+ at the moment, and that is Wario, who bans a lot of hackers.

I definitely can't argue that, a lot of Brawl's funds have come from WarZ.

 

I agree with TheTrogs. The amount of servers is not proportional to how many people play. And since they are the same map the only reason there are more than two servers is basically so that you can have multiple chances if you die on one of them.

For the Hackers honestly, they need more active staff...Most staff are hardly busy and the staff that is on are JMODS but thankfully most of those JMODS just got promoted. But to have more staff that is active will be great

 

There is two staff members i see moderating warz at a stable active pace @Snakeman4x5 and @ChicknSlayr more staff that can be active and have a feel for the game could bring many players back.I feel some staff being promoted and are playing warz are inexperienced and are casing false bans.

But yes we are trying! I'm not sure if it will bring people are back though...
