The Santa Claws....

In the 4th century a demon prayed on the innocent.....

Every year on the 25th of December the demon would come out feed on the blood of the innocent.

One year the demon visited a family of elves and was determined to eat them.

The youngest child, a young mutant speedster name Nicholas fell asleep by the fireplace. He was awakened by someone trying to enter his home. Nicholas was incredibly fast.

He grabbed the fire poker and approached the door.

The Demon tore the door off the hinges and was surprise to see Nicholas standing in his way with his hot fire poker.

Before the Demon could move Nicholas poked him in the eye with the searing hot poker. The Demon fell over in agony. He screamed and awoke everyone in the village.

Nicholas swung at the Demon and chopped off his claw shaped hand....

The Demon managed to get up and run away.

Nicholas was proclaimed St. Claws......Demon killer. Loosley translated into Santa Claus.

He was never a jolly old elf. Rather, he was a skinny mutant child determined to protect his family.

By protecting his family he was granted immortality by breaking the Demon's curse.

Every year on Jan 25th, Nicholas hunts for the Demon to finish him off.

He leaves presents to bring joy to everyone..... and cover up his tracks.
