Lobby in rule breakers

    Add a section called lobby under war, warz, HG, etc. in report rule breaker. Other then that, title says it all.

    Once staff get their powers in the lobby, then we can deal with those kids more easily.
    For now this'll work.

    Still waiting for power as its annoying to see things like join lol.puttycraft.com or THESE SERVARS SUCK ****...

    This would be a good addition to the Forums. Many times I have had to go on TS3 or search through the servers to find a Moderator who can alert a higher staff member of a rule breaker. This would make that task much more simpler. Great suggestion.

    I just report it in the McBrawl tab. :stuck_out_tongue: Seems to work good. Anyway, you guys do need powers in the hub.
