Would not it be nice to be able to invite someone to your team in a specific amount of time. So that it is like a trial invite, or a trial promote if you want to promote someone in a certain amount of time, this could be used for like the koth event and if a member in your team needs to set a warp and you do not want to promote them. This is how it would work; For invites: /team invite [player] [rank] [time]. If you want to invite him/her for eg. 7 days you can write /team invite [player] member 7d. So d=days, h=hours, m=minutes and if you only type "59" it will only be for 59 seconds. If you want to increase/decrease the amount of time that a player got you can do /team time [Player] increase/decrease [time]. This only works if a player currently has a timer. If you want to view how much time left you/a player in the team has left you can do /team time [player]. This will display the time he got from the beginning and how much he has left. If you want to promote someone for a certain amount of time you can do /team promote [player] [time].
    Thanks for reading!

? Trial member could just be a rank, temp-promoting would still allow them to abuse, and you need to be online to temp promote which is pointless as you can just tpa (IIRC)

I don't see your idea that useful for the coding hours that it involves. If you want someone to set a team warp without making him a permanent manager+ then just type the commands above. Plus, what is the difference between a 7 days invitation and a normal one. I suppose you and the player you want to join your team already have an arrangement so I don't see the point of adding limited time invitations then.

Instead of a time period, the old guest rank should just be brought back. It was used for trial members in the the past, and worked well. Additionally it could be used as a means to keep trial players from team warps until you trust them. It seems simpler to just re-implement the guest rank when the coding is already there for it.

Basically what DNA said - I cannot see this feature being used much, and the time it may take to implement is simply not worth it. Adding back the Guest rank would solve this problem (working on it). Its basically a trial/temp rank - It does not have access to warps by default, and cannot use or see team chat (again, by default).

I should also say that there is a feature in teams that is very useful, but somewhat neglected. /team perms - Allows you to set what ranks can do what things. A full list of what each permission does can be found at the bottom of the teams Wiki page - https://www.brawl.com/wiki/teams-raid/
