    Question: How do I change my username on the forums? Like say I didn't change my in game name and still wanted to change my forums name, I looked, and I don't see how to do it.

    You can only update your forums name to match your new MineCraft name; you can not change it freely.

    How did @_featherpaw_ get the name "Sea Lion" and @yinscape get "pixel bird"?

    Yinscape is an Administrator with access to the Xenforo Admin Panel, thus allowing him to change the names of users. _featherpaw_'s name was changed the same way, the change was reverted shortly afterwards however.

    Is there no way I could get such a privilege like feather's?

    Also. Would you mind explaining why players aren't allowed to change forums names?

    No, names are meant to match your in-game name.

    You register in-game and your Minecraft account is directly connected to your forum account, thus the name also matches. I don't know why this needs explanation.
