I have read over this thread multiple times in order to understand all listed points and guidelines completely. I have reviewed past staff applications both accepted and denied and I believe I am able to make a well-written and detailed application.

What is your in-game name? - My username is GalaThundR.
Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, it is migrated and secure.

How old are you? - I am currently 16 years old.
What time zone are you in? - I am in Eastern Time zone.
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I am not. I can only speak English, however I do find an interest in learning to speak french.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I first joined McPvP around mid 2013. The first gamemode I ever played on McPvP was CTF and I was completely addicted to it, and still partially am. I really enjoyed the fact paced, chaotic gamemode that was overall just a blast for everyone. I have seen many changes to the classes (both good and bad) and the wide array of maps that have been created and played on that people have built over the years. After quite an extensive time playing CTF, I decided to try the main holy stone of McPvP; it's hardcore games. This gamemode back in the day racked up hundreds of players at a time. It was a high-paced, skill based, intense version of the regular hunger games which drawn many, many people in. Back then, however, I was never really good at hotkeying and quick dropping so I never really had the opportunity to become extremely involved in the gamemode or community due to me getting completely destroyed in the first 15 minutes of the game. I eventually went back to CTF and strew further away from HG.

When McPvP shut down I was very upset. I thought that everything on McPvP had been completely wiped and it was gone for good. I eventually started trying other servers so I could try to forget McPvP in general. After searching and playing for many different servers trying to find something I would enjoy, lord and behold I re-discovered mcctf on the Brawl network. I was exhilarated that I didn't lose the gamemode I enjoyed for so long for good. While on Brawl, I got to try out all of their gamemodes but only one other stuck with me like mcctf did so long ago, and that was MinecraftBuild. I know this gamemode was on McPvP aswell but I rarely ever played on it because I didn't understand worldedit, how worlds functioned, etc.

I've always been a builder-type minecraft player. I'm not a die-hard pvp fanatic, or redstone demigod. I find legitimate enjoyment from just creating what I see in my head and feel a great sense of satisfaction when I complete it. I had, and still do, have many worlds just filled with random structures, terrain, etc. I loved making up new and unique designs and incorporating them in to my creations. I even got into the CTF map-making scene and made maps like Geo and Rocky Ruins. Making maps in my vision for a pvp gamemode I love was just an amazing feeling for me.

On September 25, 2016, I was invited to the Brawl build team by Doges. I was caught kinda off guard and I felt honored that they would ask me. After I asked several questions what the team does, how they do it, and what they're doing currently, I accept the request and join the build team. I have not regretted it in the slightest. The team had plenty of hard-working and friendly players who welcomed me in open arms. We worked together on builds on both MinecraftBuild and the build team server, had plenty of laughs and discussions over what to do next, and generally just had fun. Even as I became a member of the team, most of my time was still on MinecraftBuild. I helped new players that needed it. I had fun with the community and asked for their input in upcoming changes, and tried to be as involved as I could for them. I still am involved with them. Even though I was doing so much with the MinecraftBuild community, I had not forgotten the build team. Recently, however, our main man Rhoske had to resign from the team as our manager for IRL reasons. We were all devastated that he had to leave, but he asked me to take his place as manager of the team for him. I felt that wave of honor once more and I immediately accepted. We went down some stuff and the transfer was official on the day of his resignation. I hope I can do half the job he did managing this wonderful team and maybe I can be just as good as a Mod/SMod he was aswell.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have never became an official moderator for a server. I never had any incentive on other servers to become part of its staff team, but with Brawl I feel like it will be an enjoyable experience. I have, however, have acquired various trusted ranks on smaller servers averaging about 15-30 players. Unfortunately, these servers have shut down since then due to player retention and financial issues.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I want to become moderator for Brawl because I believe it will be an experience that’s worthwhile and I’ll be able to actively help new players in a more efficient manner. I have worked with staff members and I can say they truly enjoy their job at the Brawl’s staff team and I would love to be apart of that! I have been apart of this server for years and becoming staff will be one more step up into improving the server overall and allowing new players feel more welcome and secure.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I have used hacked clients before, so I do have an understanding on how they work and what hacks are available. However, years have passed since I have used one and new and improved hacks are being created that I am unfamiliar with. I'm sure I will be able to learn and detect these hacks.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have been punished on Brawl for acts of hostility and immaturity in the past. These punishments were delivered to me quite a long time ago and I have worked on being more mature with the community. I believe now I have matured enough to join the staff team as a friendly and mature moderator.
I have also been found exploiting some glitches in Capture the Flag and was properly punished. They have since then been patched and I have learned my lesson in abusing glitches. This incident also occurred a pretty long time ago and I haven’t abused/exploited any newly discovered glitches since then.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I would consider my greatest strength is the fact that I am naturally friendly. I have a hard time being intentionally mean or disrespectful to someone and will actively try to have enjoyment with them. I genuinely want to to help players and make their overall experience better and not leave them ignorant and agitated.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness would my habit of getting too competitive. There are times where I will get very frustrated in pvp scenarios and relieve some of the stresses in the chat. Lately, however, I have been making myself to ignore chat and not to start any messes. Worst case scenario is that I will either join a different server or log off for a bit.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - I am most active on Capture the Flag and MinecraftBuild. I have extensive knowledge on both of these gamemodes and I actively play on both of them. I have been playing these two gamemodes since the McPvP days.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - This is my first application for staff on Brawl.

What is the date of the last application you submitted? - N/A

Do you have TeamSpeak? Yes I do. At the time of this post I have ordered a new headset and it will be arriving to me on May 30-31st. However I'm not on ts very much because I spend a lot of time concentrating on either building or pvp.
