    Yes its possible if he used ray / Law / cbow But it is still pretty much impossible :3

    I did this with paint. In 10 minutes.
    Evryone can do, so you would have to ban evryone from contest xD

    Maybe he died after he got all those kills or maybe he got kills from a glitch where you can kill the player over and over w/o them dying? Idk...or of course he good be a hacker....
