Creative server World Edit Applications

Since many people who play on the creative server want world edit, not everyone could have it.
It would be much more efficient if in the McBrawl section of the forums, there was a small application you could make to apply for world edit, similar to a mod application. The ways it would be different is: It would be locked, as member feedback isn't necessary for something so minor, therefore only staff members could reply to it.
The format of it would consist of a few short questions related to building skill. The player would be asked to link 3-5 pictures of building proof.
I believe this system would be much more efficient than people spamming Mr_O and putty for WE.
The format could be along these lines:
IGN:
How long have you been a member of McBrawl?
Have you been involved in building a map that was accepted for one of our servers?
Give 3 reasons why you should be trusted with World Edit:
Please Link 3-5 Images of Builds you think are impressive:
Do you understand that if your World Edit abilities are taken advantage of, you will have them removed?
Do you understand how all World Edit commands function and how to properly use them?

 

On regular plots, the owner must add you in you want to do any type of building, including world edit.
