    I mean like, its not full on teaming,

    But you didn't hit the other person more then 1 time. You didn't even try to hit him. (Which I think is kind of team-like, you could've just stopped attacking SoCool and started attacking the other guy to get soups from killing/hurting him instead. The only reason you could've wanted to keep attacking SoCool is because you enjoy annoying people or you disliked him. Both are still pretty stupid reasons.

    This kind of targeting honestly sucks for anyone who plays the game, and I don't think it should be punishable, but I do think it disturbs gameplay of any player who is being targeted. Imagine this happening to a new player, I don't think he'd enjoy playing on KitBrawl again.
