Idea for the Wild West

Hi Everyone!! Something I've been thinking since I came back so wanted to share it as an idea. I know it would take some developing time for sure but I feel it would bring more players into the mix and some other things for people to do.

*Take away the houses you can rent right now
*Add empty plots into each town that you can rent. (I would have at least 15 to 20 in each town)
*Add a shop to buy blocks for building (or a mine that you can actually get blocks out of (similar to a prison server mine))
*I wouldn't make the blocks very costly because the goal would be to see some nice houses built.

Benefits: It adds some creativity to the server where players can also build as well but would still have to be active because you would have to rent the plot still. So you still have to make money to keep the plot. Players would also have the option to sell their plots. So if they build a nice plot their should be a way in the game to sell a plot to another player if that's something that would be possible for the developers to code into the game.

Please post any additional ideas on this thread that could be added on or revised. This is just my initial thought I'm sure this could go several different ways.
