How Do I Use The Resource Pack?

    I downloaded the resource pack but I have no idea how to use it. :/ Help, please!
    I'm sick of using the default minecraft textures it looks so old.

    Open minecraft, go to your resource pack (texture packs) and open the file and you can place the file in there, then you can select what texture pack you want to use.
    Or you can look up on how to download it.

    Download it here:https://www.brawl.com/threads/48/
    And go to your Esc menu in Minecraft, then click Resource Packs, click Open Resource Packs Folder, and then drag the Resource Pack in from your downloads, and simply select it by clicking on the icon.

    Which file, there is pack, meta.pack and mcwar1_6 shortcut...

    Should only have downloaded one file, something like MCwar_1_6.zip

    Just drop the entire .zip file into "resource packs".

    It doesn't say .zip it says "Mc_War_1_6_ "or something like that.

    I wonder... if you put that in the resource pack (texture pack), will that give you the texture pack? This is just a theory. :v

    It is a .zip file, you just don't have "Show file extentions for known file types" enabled.
    Just drag it into the resource packs folder

    Thanks I got it to work. Btw, I tested it in a singleplayer world, I found out there were more items that are coming out.... I won't spoil it though.

    In MC, click "Resource Packs" and hit "open resource pack folder." Download the resource pack, save it to the desktop (or somewhere where you can easily find it). Maybe, to make it recognizable, you could save it as "MCWar Pack.zip" or something. Just drag the .zip into the folder "resourcepacks," and go back into MC, where you should be able to move the MCWar pack to the right side: "Selected Packs."
