Basically what I'm thinking about this custom command is you can have saplings down and rather than using bonemeal you can use grow command and it grows some trees, so I am thinking like /grow <number> so it grows in the radius you have entered. You can still use bonemeal if you want, I thought this command would be easy

There is, I’m also thinking this command could be useful if you want your wheat crops to grow

This is quite easy to do with /trees (which you can bind to any item and then just easily paste in trees which also is quicker than first placing the sapling, or for big areas you can select a region and do //forest)

For wheat, there are Minecraft IDs to also paste in fully grown wheat (59:7 to be exact). This is again easier to do rather than first having to plant seeds and then using a /grow command.

I do think the idea could be useful for players that aren't as familiar with worldedit though.
