    Why my ray texture is not like second texture

    Are you saying you want your ray gun to look like that, instead of the 16x16 gun? If so, you need optifine and the texture pack with that specific texture.

    This is not an issue with the server, you are simply using a different resource pack. I do not know what you want your second one to look like, but here (MC-War Discussion) is not the place to post a problem like this. The off topic forum would be better. Now, to install resource packs...

    I believe it also shows how to switch them.

    You're probably using the default texture pack.
    You can find the texture pack in the screenshot in Resource Pack Release.
    Here is the texture you want.
