    I think there should be a new perk, which allows you to have 2 perks

    So, you could have the double perk, and scavenger and juggernaut or something.

    It would help the server make a lot more money, because I know i would buy it.

    This has been suggested multiple times already. Too OP as many would say, even if you can have multiple perks in CoD. Reported for lock.

    You cannot report an idea for lock unless it's a duplicate, and this isn't a duplicate.

    Stoppingpower & Scavenger+Python+Skully=Too strong.... python is a 2 hit with stoppingpower.

    I can only imagine scavenger + stopping power.
    My idea:
    (did I already say this earlier?)
    Make it more like COD.
    Tiers for perks.
    Tier 1:
    -Speed
    -Marathon
    -Sleight of hand
    -Martyrdom
    -Hardline
    Tier 2:
    -Stopping Power
    -Juggernaut
    -Scavenger
    -Flak Jacket

    Even then, it may be a little OP.

    Your not thinking. 1: this has be thought about multiple times
    2: OP think about it disassembler with stopping and scav or in Infect as a zombie (Speed Given), Marathon and flakjacket to OP
    3: also If this get's in game make it $7- $10 since its very OP
