I cannot open my class selection

I am unable to open my class selection chest in the gun menu. I tried clicking it multiple times but nothing happens, the "Buy New Guns" anvil beside it works though. Because of this, I cannot play games properly as I am spawned with iron armour and a diamond sword only.
If anyone can help me with this please tell me, thank you.

EDIT: I was kicked from the server by chickenputty and this error occured after I rejoined.
Previously I was told about a redemption code which gave 100% discount and as it was my first time buying things from buycraft I was unfamiliar with how it worked. I ended up buying as much as possible for free as I thought it was supposed to happen, later being told by another player that it was a glitch. Could this be the cause? Because my lethal and tactical items were removed, as well as the MVP status but not the weapons and perks yet. I hope I'm not in trouble

Well that was my first time on buycraft I didn't know how everything worked, I didn't know I couldn't get more than 1 item

 

Aghh you didn't tell me that! You only said use that code for a free donor item

EDIT: I didn't have a forum account at that time I just went and created an account on the forums 30 mins ago
