    I am trying to upload a video.... this should work horribly. It's gonna take like 5 hours to upload a very short video.

    You have to export the file instead of uploading the .avi file which Fraps gives you.

    What he said.
    Never upload the file fraps made. Open your video editing software and put the file in there. Then click on export and select the settings. Once it is done exporting you should have a much smaller file size which will upload faster.
